Refund policy
According to Czech consumer protection law, returns or exchanges of cosmetic products are generally not accepted once the product has been opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.
However, if you receive a defective product or the item does not match its described properties, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
If you notice that the product does not deliver the expected result when used according to the instructions, you may also request a refund by following these steps:
How to request a refund:

Contact our customer service via Instagram or by email info@becleancare.com.

Provide the product name and describe the issue in detail.

Include the purchase date and a photo of the product showing the problem or unsatisfactory result.

Send the product back via your preferred courier service (return address will be provided by our manager).

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your bank account.
Additional conditions:

Products that are more than 50% used or completely empty are not eligible for return.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
